Even if it only lifts your spirits a little, what is one thing? It could be a song, a person, a place.. Anything at all!

For me babies never fail at temporarily bringing peace to my mind. They're so new to world, and unbroken in ways, they fill me with hope of better things to come!

When I lay next to my fiance. Even if we fought that day, even if that day was the worst and the next day won't be better; when I'm next to him I feel like it gives me the vitality I need to keep going. No matter what, if he's with me, I can handle anything. He gives me strength.

My wife does the same for me.

I am carless right now, too. It feels like being imprisoned.

Thank you for the beautiful pictures. No wonder you love that place!

My baby's smile.

Sometimes, when I'm lying in bed trying to sleep, I see her smiling in my mind. It always makes me smile, and gives me some peace so I can drift to sleep.

I would say bike riding. It's good exercise and clears my head. Also listening to good music. The thing that lifts me up the most is when someone compliments me. It seems like so many people around me are critical and giving suggestions that I'd rather not hear.

Baby animals. Especially bunnies - they're so beautiful, sweet and innocent, I just want to pet one or hold it. Watching videos of something so cute always brightens my day, just a little.

Watching stand-up comedy and funny skits help to lift my spirits even if just for a little while. Also, there's a song by Stevie Wonder called "Ngiculela-Es Una Historia-I Am Singing." I find it uplifting.
