I don't know why, but I'm feeling sad. Probably because I'm afraid I'll never get better. I've started seeing a new therapist, but what if it doesn't work? I've already tried a few times and failed, what if it happens again? What should I do then? These thoughts makes me sad and nervous..

Sorry if I keep opening so much threads, I needed to vent

Vent away MC

Sometimes all we actually can do is TRY, so pat yourself on the back because you're still at it.

Also don't be so quick to judge yourself so harshly, who's to say you failed therapy?

What if therapy failed you?

Try discussing different types of therapy that may be suitable to your needs and see what you and your new T come up with.

I'm here MC, cheering you on

I'm glad new T is kind Trying is all any of us can do

Not all therapists are going to be a good "fit" - having tried one or more other t's can be a positive, we have something to compare with, in that particular sense

I'm happy that you're giving therapy a chance to help, I think it will - cheering for you too

Sorry you are so down on yourself.. I hope you find therapy working for you. I'm currently doing therapy and it scares the heck out of me. It's not that it's unhelpful.... I just have so much emotional garbage to work through. Here's hoping yours goes better for you. Wishing you all the luck in the world!

We pretty much all like therapists until the break out the claws to help us grow , we go in the door feeling Meh, we come out wondering why I am paying someone to make me feel this way !!

What if things never get better? What if this new therapy fails? What do I do then?

I can't stop thinking about these questions.. I'm afraid I'm gonna fail, no matter what I do. I'm hopeless.

Oh Michey you have to think about a good result that you could reach. If you start doing the therapy thinking the worst you will not have benefits.

Please open your doubt with the therapist and let she know how you feel and i am sure she can help you.You have to try!!!!

MickeyCheeky--You haven't stopped searching and trying. Life is a journey. Somethings can only be learned through our failures. Hopefully, our failures make us more determined, patient, wise--that's what we hope for. You are not satisfied with your current state. I am sure that will make you grow and mature. I think things are going to turn out great for you (of course, not everything but many good things will happen)!

The negative thoughts won't stop.. I was almost going to cry today at school. I feel like there's no hope for me.. I'll be stuck like this forever.
I'm sorry to disappoint so many people who have helped me here

You're not disappointing anyone here, we don't expect you to snap out of it just because we are being supportive, the point (well at least as I understand it) is to reassure you that we are here no matter how dark it gets, and to remind you that you can whether the storms...

But did you analised the reason why you were going to cry? what was the reason? did you think about a think or something wrong happened at school with your friends?

But is there anyone with whom you speach to?
what do you do during your school hours? Do you interact with other people?
