You provide more comfort and help to others than you will ever realize--I am doubtful that you break everything that you touch.

Focus on your recovery; in the meantime, you have done things to help your mom, brother, nephews, people at PC, etc. Yes, some of our problems never totally go away. Most people have something they have to learn to cope with though I know your burdens are heavy because you have dealt with a lot. You are in my heart and prayers. You are a wonderful person and mean a lot to me. I am so glad to have gotten to know you through all our PMs. You have supported and comforted me on many ocassions -- you were not doing nothing when you did that. I sense you are a bit less active because you are depressed and dealing with more things that you have discovered about yourself as part of the process of trying to heal. It is OK to do a bit less while you process things. Many at PC support you!! Go easy on yourself! Stay focussed on recovery. I am hopeful that things will improve for you.

I don't know if I can handle what's happening inside my mind. Only time will tell.
