Hey guys, I'm so stressed out, depressed and embarrassed today. So I was going to see my new general practitioner and he told me to fill a form to bring in on my mental health, I was going to the GP with my sister to drop me off. And at one part of the sheets it said suicidal assessment I wrote down the truth that I did think about suicide and all that. So before going into the car I folded that part so my sister doesn't see it, so we were waiting next to the GP's office and I went to the reception to inquire about something they sent me I left the forms with my sister. Coming back I saw her reading through the part about my suicide assessment and I was gutted and so sad that she knows that I had those thoughts

How did she react upon reading that? Was she angry at you? Sad? I'm sorry, I know how hard can it be

Well when I came and sat down she looked at the paper with fixed eyes and was concentrating, then after a few moments I said to her it's all filled out and she gave the paper to me. She seemed sad and was breathing heavily. Yeah it can be so hard

Hope you'll be able to explain her everything at some point (you don't have to do that immediately, take your time ).
Thanks for this!

Although it is difficult for you now, I am glad she knows and hope you will talk with her about this.
I lost a brother to suicide, this hits close to home....it isn't something you ever truly recover from---and I have been suicidal at times...since his death I know I couldn't ...but I can imagine his pain, and wish I could have eased it/held him till he was safe again.
