I'm brand new to this , but not finding support from family or friends I sought out to find something to help me. I struggle with anxiertg and depression for five or six years now. I just feel so alone and no one around me will ever understand my struggle not even my spouse. I've been on so many medications and now deciding to stop meds since it doesn't seem to help. I just feel so alone with my struggle and wanted to talk to others who can relate

Me too. Just started engaging on this forum today. I am taking Zoloft 100mg and zanax to sleep, but I need something else. I don't know what.

Hello & Welcome, Nam2012_2014. You may be new to the forum but you're no stranger to anxiety and depression.

Feel free to ignore the questions: Is a doctor overseeing your withdrawal from medications? Where are you in the process? Do you have any type of support system outside of family and friends?

Please make yourself at home here.

5 or 6 years is a long time to experience anxiety and depression. Sending you empathy.

Welcome! I'm new as of this week, though apparently I registered a few years ago.
