I feel like a complete failure in life. I have no friends, no social life and I feel really empty and like I want to die. I'm not focusing or remembering anything at work and my colleagues have started complaining about me behind my back. I'm so scared for my future. I don't think my medication is working and that means I have to go back to the doctor and tell her it's not working when I told her before that it was. The reason I told her I felt ok was because I wasn't sure how I was meant to be feeling but now I'm sure that I'm not meant to be feeling like this. I don't know what to do with myself anymore.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having such a hard time right now. Remember that even if you feel alone, you're not alone. We're all here to help and listen.

Don't feel guilty about feeling a little up and down about your medication, and certainly don't feel bad about telling your doctor that this one isn't working for you. An adjustment could make a huge difference.

I hope that you turn the corner soon, and try not to be so down on yourself. Feeling bad like this definitely comes and goes, and try to remember that you can do it.
Thanks for this!

I'm sorry you are feeling that way. I have that feeling, too, and hope to overcome it. You are strong and I am confident you can beat these obsticles in your life. Yes, talk to your doctor about your medication. Think of what to say beforehand, that way you will be prepared and it will be easier to put how you are feeling into words.
Thanks for this!

Sometimes it happens with medication : they start working and then they stop working. The doctor will understand. Sending you a big hug

Thanks, I really do feel like I should be trying something else because I know I shouldn't be feeling like this. I'll try not to be too down on myself.

And you have the right to feel better. I do not know who created us and why. But for sure it was not for us to be in pain constantly. We need to help each other in this path of improvement.

Thanks for this, it helps to know that someone else is feeling the same as me. I'll try thinking of what to say and be more prepared the next time I see my doctor.

Thank you for this, I guess I do have the right to feel better. I hope I find the right medication to help me get better.
