Stigma, taboos, forced silences, Malignant manipulations, may they be eliminated, slice by slice

Hi Fuzzy
You are so right. Stigma is one of the worst things. Unfortunately, I converted stigma into self stigma and then I fighting against it every single day. It is pervasive.

Maybe it is bit old, but I found it is good
Sending you a big hug

I'm the same as you. Society's stigma has turned into self stigma. My family feels that I'm a better person being in medication so I hate needing medication even though I know it helps. I feel like having depression is my fault. It's awful. I hope our society will understand mental illness better soon.
