Like my title says, I just got out of Inpatient and I've been there a week, but I'm not sure on how I feel about it all.

It was pretty relaxed, and I did get my meds adjusted. But we only saw the psychiatrist each for like 3 min tops. Also we did have art therapy, music therapy etc. But not just therapy? ?? But the other therapy sessions weren't mandatory, so most people didn't even bother going......

But I was able to relax and kind of just focus on myself. So I'm happy about that.

I hope I never get as suicidal as I was last week. I am glad I got help.

It is good that inpatient care was relaxing for you/that they treated you well (it is not that way for everyone).

Hope you stay less suicidal for a very long time to come

Thank-you! I'm hoping the new antidepressant I'm on works (Zoloft)
