It's always been like this, no matter the time I get up.
When I'm near the time I got up, I'm tired. Not a "need to sleep" tired, but more of a "depression" tired. But as I near my time to sleep, I become more energized, up to a point where I don't feel like sleeping, yet I know I have to so I go to sleep. I don't drink coffee since I refrain from doing so. Interestingly, at times my father mildly moans about not being able to hold himself without coffee. How can I make myself more awake when I get up? I started eating 2 whole-bread sandwiches consisting of cheese and ham, each. And, a salad. Anything I can add to the meal to boost my day? Something to do in the morning to fuel my blood? |

Sorry to hear you have that struggle too.
I can be tired all day, but when it's time to sleep I'm buzzing! Hmmm I don't know any more than you, sounds like you have a good nutritious start to the day. Ideas anyone? ![]()
