I see my t Monday, but am having a hard time. I have beear sobbing for 4 days now, mostly at night when people are not around. Any ideas how to get through the next few days? My classical music is the only thing keeping me sane right now.

Coloring? I find that concentrating at a task like coloring helps distract me from the depression, if only for the duration of time I spend coloring. It may or may not work the same for you, but it's worth a try, right? Adult coloring books are all over the place, and color pencils are easy to come by. You don't need the super fancy, super expensive professional artist quality ones. A simple box of Crayola colored pencils will work fine.

I hope you feel better soon!
