Or maybe not... I have the option of a voluntary IP after my doctor nearly sectioned me there and then when i explained my complete lack of ability to function in a day to day capacity, as well as my train-wreck of thoughts..

Oh and I'm off "sick" from work, which in exactly Zero ways helps with the situation. Work gave me structure and something to get out of bed for. Now I have nothing.

I may, or may not go IP tomorrow. I may, or may not be back, depending on if I ever get out.

I'm scared.

Saw the MH team today. I'm apparently not worthy of requiring the additional support.
I appear to fall straight into the "grey area" between somehow coping, and completely gone. For which there is apparently no real support aside from "wait for your therapy to start".

Wow... I have no additional words to offer... this confirms my opinion of the "help" available / ? * in the uk. All I can say is I'm so sorry.. I know this is of no help, (like the "help" out there does not help.
