Thanks, as always for your input.
For now, I can't really say how I feel from it, but the emotional roller-coaster is strong(er). Maybe helped my anxiety a bit. I don't know, it's just the beginning. I wouldn't want to take meds either. Anyway, don't want to derail the thread

I couldn't get up for class today, and like every time this has happened I felt horribly guilty, and now I'm just numb. I'm trying to salvage what's left of the day, even if that just means eating something and moving around. Hugs to everyone
