It's just before 4:00 a.m. here and I have been up for an hour. Can't sleep. Too much anxiety. Took 1 mg of klonopin, waiting for it to kick in. Sent a letter off to work today begging another 4 days off so I return the monday after the fourth. Did that make me anxious? Took another depression survey and got a 66, did that make me anxious? Know I need to adjust meds though I do feel so much better, I was pretty down and out when I started my work leave. In laws visiting and though this is positive, it is stressful, have to socialize, organize, think about food. This from the woman whio has thought only about rest and sleep and necessities for a while. Bottom line, i can't sleep and it's bugging me to no end. Too many thoughts in my head. T says I have to add a drug and doc is waiting so I have to ask and I ain't no darn doctor. Middle of the night stuff is worst. Well, enough complaining. Hope everyone is sleeping now and that morning brings a relief/release for me.

I hope you got some sleep and that things look better for you today. I used to try to read when I couldn't sleep. I might not have gotten all that far with the reading at that point either, but at least it took my mind off of the things I was worrying about.
