Hello everyone
So my mother is depressed. She is under medications and she changed them twice (with the doctor's control). She is usually a complaining person. She complains about almost everything. I feel like her depression made things worse. From the moment she wakes up she starts whining an complaining and repeating that she is not ok. I asked her to do therapy in addition to the medication but she refuses. My question is this normal for someone with depression ? and even if we are trying to be patient she is missing with our sanity as well !! so what can we possibly do without affecting her in a negative way !! I wish people who dealt with depression can help me figure out how they would like to be treated in this case... Thank you in advance |
