So I think I have found a medicine that works for me. I feel a lot better now, and when I look at myself a month or two ago I was really in a dark place. But I feel my mood is overall better, like I'm not always sad. I still have my moments of sadness and feel worthless, but it's a lot better. I still feel like a failure, as this mood has caused me to lower my marks significantly and didn't let me get into my top university choices. And I hate myself for it. But I feel "lifted" per se.
Anyways, now I have like a month of school, and because I haven't done a lot due to mood, fatigue, lack of motivation, and concentration, I find it really hard to do school work. I feel obligated to now since my mood is a lot better. I still deal with fatigue and lack of motivation, but on a smaller scale. Any idea on how I can do things that need to get done?
