I couldn't find my sleep medicine last night - no sleep. I easily found it this morning. Going to my niece's graduation (my hostile sister's daughter) and all day celebration tomorrow, have to get ready to go to Florida for two weeks (added pressure) by Jun 3 and my daughter who usually cheers me up is mostly gone for the next week starting today. Folks, we're talking about where taking a shower is a big accomplishment. I don't know that I can do this.

Sorry to hear you're not in a good place, but hopefully finding your sleeping pills will help a bit! One day at a time, and even have a shower is a huge accomplishment!

Well, I can certainly understand how all that would cause stress. Try to take it easy on yourself. Give yourself credit for each step you take. Each step forward is a victory. Remember that you are not alone. Here people can understand and support. Hope the pressure is soon eased.

Sorry to hear it's stressing you out. Maybe if it gets too hard tomorrow you can leave early, just be easy on yourself. Are you able to text your daughter to get some support from her? Maybe that can help you tomorrow. You should be proud of yourself for doing what you can do. Try and take it a bit at a time.

I'm feeling better now. I had a good old fashioned cry with my mom (I never cry) and she was gentle, understanding and listened. I also got teary eyed with my daughter when she came in for lunch. She was the same way. Thank you for supporting me.

One step at a time.

I'm glad you found your sleep meds. I know the anxiety of possibly not being able to sleep...

Tomorrow...just get tomorrow done, minute by minute. Talk to those you like who are good for you.

Then...you can think about Florida.

For me, when it's like this, I have a mental checklist. One thing at a time...then check it off.

Thank you for thinking of me and for your support. I was able to go to the graduation and celebration and I stayed calm and content. It gives me hope for my other responsibilities. Thanks again.
