My grandmother had it and I think I have it too. Certainly knee arthritis and stiffness and pain in my neck and elsewhere. I'm doing some Tai Chi. It's supposed to help. In any case, exercise is good for you (me), and apparently helps to keep you cheerful. Take care.

I am so sorry to hear that. That's the last thing you need right now. What is the treatment for that? Pain management? I'm thinking of you.

I am sorry you're having to cope with this ![]() Try to get the best treatment and support you can with it, hey?! You might already know all there is, but otherwise could help to do a little research for things that may help a little?? It's sad because my daughter was diagnosed with it last year. I just found out and got the referral but I haven't made the appt, yet. Sincerely...thank you for the comments. Hugs. |
