Does anyone have similar issues?

I have been depressed before many times but it was never like this.
My thoughts are racing each other, when I feel good I'm jumping from an idea to another, I'm excited and feel motivated, but never finish anything, unable to stick to an activity, even forget my thoughts I had seconds before.

When I'm in a lower mood, I am very impatient, still cannot stick to doing anything, when I'd start an activity, I'm starting to get impatient and anxious, anticipating the smallest mistake makes me very angry at myself, explosive, then exhausted and basically need to rest after doing anything for half an hour.

I'm currently not working but I'm afraid I'd be unable to anyway, and it's not getting better. I left my job partially because of the above reasons, but not only.

Can anyone relate maybe?

I don't have this problem and I'm sorry that you do. I just wanted to lend my support. I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for this!

I do. Not only impatient, I'm become temperamental too. I still able to force myself to do the job through.

It's frustrating that most people don't understand this, including my T.
