I shouldn't feel like this. I feel like a b**** I'm no good right now I might never be and I apologize to anyone I may have hurt in life. I really do.

I'm sorry you are having such a tough time right now. Do you want to talk about it? I hope you start feeling better soon. Thinking of you.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. What happened to trigger these thoughts?

Thanks guys for the hugs and support, I started drinking again, only a few but I haven't been eating right and now that I think of it I know my blood sugar and thyroid have to do with my mood as well. I was so anxious yesterday, it felt like my chest and neck were burning. I went to church, believe it or not that is what started to upset me yesterday. Thanks again, I'm thankful just to have someone hear me sometimes. Hugs back to you all.
