I'm not going to kill myself, but I'm not going to live either. Life has gotten so bad I would much rather sleep all day. The only time I feel good is when I'm drinking.

Drinking too much can hurt you more than help you. I know how alcohol can you make you feel good. I've been making it my escape for a while but I'm trying to reign it in.

I'm sorry you are having such a tough time. I feel like that myself right now. I hope you feel better soon. Alcohol helps in the short-term but eventually increases the depression. Best wishes.
Thanks for this!
