{Trigger Warning}

Struggling today, My last attempt was a couple of weeks ago, I don't want to live anymore but I also don't want to die. I just got out of the hospital yesterday evening, feeling like I'm totally alone in the universe. I need guidance.

I don't know how much guidance I can provide, but know that you are not alone. Do you have a therapist that you can talk to? At the very least, PC is here for you. I felt very isolated and alone after attempting as well. It's an illusion. So many of us are having the same thoughts and feelings and thinking gtg that we are entirely alone. For me, it was really hard to think of a future after I had hit rock bottom, but just trying to make it through one more day each day works and is enough. It's okay to be struggling.

I'm sorry you are struggling. When they released you did they set up an appointment for you with a tdoc within the next week? How about a pdoc? They are supposed to release you with support set up. We're here for you at PC. I hope you feel better soon. I know how it feels when you're just released from the hospital after an attempt. You're not alone. Sending big hugs.
