Does anyone have procrastination issue? I seem to delay upgrading my IT skill because my mood fluctuate

I've asked this question before on 3 different forums. I asked about lack of motivation and procrastination. It must be a result of depression or the psych meds but a lot of people had problems with this.

I guess it might help to first more precisely define which moods or issues are causing the procrastination, if you can.

For example, I am currently struggling to engage in activities rather than spending too much time in lassitude. I know I need to do this, but the anhedonia and general depression are really making it so hard.

Then there's the really important stuff I need to be doing in my life. That's being blocked by the massive anxiety, self-esteem, and life history issues.

So it can be driven by different things, which might require different strategies.
