new

im new to this type of place. im 19/male and feel like i suffer from depression. all i want to hear right now is something encouraging. please.

Welcome to the forums. This is a really good place to get advice or to understand that you are not alone with depression. If you feel you are suffering from depression, I would suggest making arrangements to see a therapist or mental health professional to get an evaluation. With therapy and or medication if diagnosed with depression, treatment is alot succesfull.

Hang in there and don't give up. Thank you for sharing with us. I have been suffering with Mental and emotional problems since I was 21 years old and know how hard it can be, and that it can get better.

Take it easy and do hope you continue to post and let us know how you are doing. I am unable to get into the chat room, though many here do, and could problubly help you in there.

Main thing is just not to give up hope! Take Care and Wishing you the best.
