Hi! I was wondering if my psychologist can do CBT therapy without telling me. I already did CBT with a therapist and is the same . Even do my psychologist didn't diagnose me with anything and I have seen her for 4 months , 1 session weekly.

I'm assuming your on the NHS? I'll be honest your guess is as good as mine, however I believe there are different delivery methods for Cbt.. Is it the same therapist or a different one?
Have you raised your concerns with them at all?

Is CAMHS ( child and adolescent mental health service) because I am 13 .
It's a different therapist.
I haven't told my new therapist about it, but I will on the next session.
Thanks
