I would like to engage in one more online MH forum. Any recommendations? Looking for a supportive and nonjudgmental community of those with growth and doer mind set.
I suffer from major depression and it has recently gotten worse than ever impacting every aspect of my life in a significantly negative way. Therefore I am seeking for tools to manage it and learn from others.
Thank you.

I haven't found any other online MH support forums nearly as good as this one.

But I also attend IRL support groups to supplement my therapy and PsychCentral. I go to Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance groups--DBSA--if you are interested you can see if there's one in your area at Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance - Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. Sometimes it helps to be around live people.

Good luck in your search. I too am suffering from debilitating depression.
