Hi guys, I am new here infact this is my first time in any support group. I have been living with depression for the past two years and it has seriously affected my health, social and academic life. Depression has seriously affected my thought process and my daily routine. I recently graduated and I realise that this is one of the most important stages in my life. i have an upcoming exam which I really need to pass if I want to accomplish my dreams. I am taking medication and but they dont seem to be working now. I really need help from you guys on how to fight this.

Hello. Welcome to PC. Do you see a therapist or psychiatrist? How about the quality of your sleep? Do you eat well? Do you exercise regularly? Do you practice mindfulness and gratitude? Do you have a good support system? Have you built up a system of coping skills? Do you meditate or focus on your breathing? Do you hush the negative self talk? Are you gentle and compassionate with yourself?

These are a few things you might consider. Posting here is good for support. Sending big hugs. (((Hugs)))
Thanks for this!
