I don't know if that is the proper term but I feel very uncomfortable lately. I have to train people at my work, I talk to my supervisors and managers but here lately I find myself having trouble even looking them in the eye some days. I haven't been anywhere close to how sociable as prior times. I just have this feeling in my chest like I'm naked in a crowd. Uncomfortable, emotionally naked or something. Maybe that sounds weird, the work week is so emotionally exhausting that by the time the weekend comes, I'm just sleeping. Going anywhere makes me nervous.

Anybody experienced this?

Yes I have this when I'm especially depressed. Just ketogenic up the charade that I'm functional exhausts me physically as well as mentally.

Exactly. It's hard to function at work when you're at your lowest. I don't care for this feeling at all.

I'm sorry you are having this experience. Do you think it has anything to do with the higher dose of Wellbutrin that you are on? Sending big hugs.
Thanks for this!

Possibly. Perhaps it's anxiety related? I'm not sure. It has calmed down some though.

I've experienced this often. Sometimes I feel particularly low and by interacting with others I feel like they can see how low I am. Those are the times when I don't feel like putting on the "neurotypical mask".
Thanks for this!
