I've been doing a lot of thinking lately. Sorting through my thoughts, analyzing them, deciding what it all means. Doing that caused me a lot of heartache back before I knew what to do with the information I found.

Now it's different. Like I am working on my fear of heights and I really believe I can overcome it. It's insane how healthy I can be on purpose now. I had a major problem at work last week. Instead of falling apart and holding a grudge forever, I dealt with it and let it go.

I made a new list of rules to live by. I used them for the crisis at my job and they actually worked! This is them. Rules for Drama - Winterbritt

Once I shook depression, I still looked backward at it for a long time. Like after you pass by a terrible car accident. I'm done looking backward though. I'm looking forward now. I'm going to do this life exactly how I want to.

Thanks for this. I've used similar teqniques. As the years go by I've boiled it down to one principal that works for me. I simply refuse to do do it myself or be sucked into drama period!
