I feel depressed and am trying to get into the routines that usually work for me. Tomorrow I will get out of bed when the alarm rings. Eating breakfast and then do necessary work in the home. Two working hours with a break within. Then I will decide what to do next.

Sounds like a good plan Singer! I know for me having a routine helps my mental health a lot. Hope your day tomorrow goes well.

I always do the house cleaning and shopping on Saturdays. Doing those things tend to be my favorite time of the week. That my sound pathetic, but it makes me happy. But then, when it's all over, it feels like it's all downhill.

I was just thinking to myself that my real weekend, the time that a weekend brings joy, is Friday about an hour before leaving work to Saturday in the late afternoon. And then it all feels mundane to me after that.

I was only able to to do house-work for 35 minutes. After that I became so tired that I had to go to bed where I fell asleep.

Well, it is one step at the time, isn't it?
