Is it worth asking your Manager at work if there Is a less stressful job you could be transferred to? I know you said previously that you have to work for your family, would it be possible to do slightly less hours or a different position for the employer? Are you able to take time off at all? I'm just trying to come up with different ideas.

I'm a teacher, so nowhere to move me. I can take time off, but not sure how much or when. I took a leave last school year and not sure if I can take a paid leave in the same calendar year. I'm trying to tough it out, but think that's doing more harm than good to everyone involved.
