I am so tired. I just want to sleep even though I have so much to do. I just have no energy. I have slept for 7 hours last night, and still ended up falling asleep in class. I had a coffee in the afternoon, and still feel really tired. I don't know what to do about this...

I know exactly how you feel. Sometimes I feel like sleeping for days.
Thanks for this!

I was dealing with this about a month ago, it is very hard to get through. You could maybe try talking to your prescriber seeing if they can prescribe a stimulant to help keep you awake while you work towards getting your energy back.
Thanks for this!

As mentioned in your signature , 75 mg effexor is a very small dosage for you
I recommend to increase it to 150 and wait to see what will happen
Thanks for this!

Thank you for your response. I have wanted to try a stimulant, but I can't because I'm on a SNRI, which if I took a stimulant, I would have extremely high blood pressure and could lead to heart issues. That's what my former pdoc told me.

Thank you for your response. I have increased it to 112.5mg from a walk-in clinic. I probably will try increasing it when I see a new pdoc in a few weeks.
