you don't deserve any of this. You are a lovely person, and so supportive of others on this forum. I hate the NHS lottery we have in this country when it comes to mental health, and how if you don't fit neatly into a box they don't know what to do with you.
You deserve help just as much as anyone else does, none of this is your fault.

I know how you feel with GPs in the UK. Some of them don't you take seriously until you do something stupid and have to be sent to A&E. You are a great person and seem like a cuddly fuzzy bear Sending you love and hugs
