I’ve been kind of absent lately. I’m going to try and be more present here.

I am actually doing pretty ok. I’m in a new relationship and very happy with that. Work is ****. But yes, relationship is making everything much more bearable.

PC has been a huge lifeline for me, for many years now. I am so bloody grateful for that. I am going to make more of an effort now to be supportive to you, whoever is in need of some support,

You were such a great support Jennifer at my lowest. When I saw no hope you kept talking to me and trying to show me things could improve. Thank you so much for not giving up on me. You were a massive factor in me getting help
