How do I know that I am getting better? I was diagnosied with Major Depressive Disorder which made me angry and sad at times. I have been put on Wellbutrin and I was wondering how do I know that I am getting better. I have started therapy as well. Any help?

These things take time honey. You will feel more like going out, relaxing, not feeling so down about stuff, don't push yourself or be hard on yourself, just let things happen gently, think positive as much as you can, talk here, to your friends, get the bad out, let the good in....crying helps me a lot, and writing down my feelings. Hope this is some hope for you.
