okay.
I have a new idea for a thread (a positive thread) the idea of this topic is to post (every day if you want, or every week) what ever works for you personally, 5 things you've done to make you feel good about yourself at that time- so in the day, or in the week, etc so, fab 5's for today: -survived the first week of the new year despite getting very depressed over it - not self harmed - watched 2 episodes of the middle and cried with laughter! - emptied out my emails - posted this thread (I think it is a great thread!) |

I'm going to do a fab 5 for the week as I just woke up:
-registered for advanced level pole dancing -took 2 showers (this is big for me) -hung out with my best friend -took my kids out for hot chocolate and donuts -made new friends on PC |
