The bad nights have come back.

Those nights when I think dying is the answer. The nights when I cannot face the next day.

And they are getting more and more frequent.

I can’t do this again. I just can’t.

I skipped work the last two days. I couldn’t face the world. And now I’m just wondering why I’m even still trying? What is the point? Ultimately I still want to die. I don’t think that will ever change.

Sorry you have those bad nights.

Everything changes. Nothing stays the same forever. You can see things changing all around us in this world. To me, that is where I put my hope: that nothing I feel tonight is permanent and it can get better. Tomorrow promises something new...I hope it brings something good for you.

I finally remembered to contact her and seeing her on Monday. Now I just have to try and actually be honest.


As is always the way, it’s daylight now and things never seem as bad and now i feel like I’m overreacting.

I just wanted to say I understand. Last night I felt similar to you. I started going through my closest friends in my head to see if I thought I could try & message any of them & concluded that they wouldn't want to hear from me. I went as far as seeing if the Samaritans had a texting facility but they don't. It was too late at night for talking & I didn't want anyone to come and ask me what I was doing.

I eventually dropped off and this morning...not great - but definitely not in the same place & as the day and afternoon came have been pretty good.

Nights can be lonely & allow too much time to think.

You should never not speak fuzzy. Your words are just as important as anyone elses, if not moreso. I know you have kept everything locked away for a long time now, you need to let it out. But I am here in pm if you don’t feel comfortable speaking for all to see.
