I was pretty good on the weekend and Monday, but today wasn’t that great. I did get some school things done and did attend all my classes but I’ve been feeling really sad again and had a very unproductive night. Like I know I need to get stuff done, but I guess I’m overwhelmed by it all, as I’m 3 weeks behind at the moment in school work. I have a lot of class times everyday and get overwhelmed and crash by the end of it... I want to feel good and do things again. A light therapy lamp I ordered 2 days ago arrived today so I hope to try it tomorrow.

I'm sorry the okay days have ended. Just take everything a step at a time, my friend. Don't look too far ahead, that makes it easier to get overwhelmed.
