After I confessed to my roommate that my episode yesterday nearly drove me to
Possible trigger:
It's always a fear of mine, losing control, and for the first time in a very long time I did. I hate this. I hate that I lost control and I hate that I need someone to keep me in check. I can't stand that I'm this weak. Yeah, it was a brief episode but it was so ****ing powerful. I'm still feeling the aftershocks from it. I'm still confused and my mind is still all over the place (granted not as bad). Sorry, this is pretty much a rant.

Well done for telling your room mate, that takes guts. Sometimes we can’t do this alone, and need someone to help us through. And that is ok, please don’t think you are weak because of this.

I am so proud of you for talking to your roommate. That takes amazing strength. The number one thing here is that you are safe. Big hugs.

It’s really good that you felt brave enough to tell your roommate, but also that your roommate didn’t react negatively and is willing to help you. I know it’s scary to lose control; it doesn’t make you weak in anyway. It makes you quite strong, realizing that you need help from someone else. Stay safe.

Thanks everyone. I'm still having a hard time but my friend (roommate) is sticking close. I just hate to admit when I'm not capable of dealing with these things myself. I miss the days when I could.
