My depression has been bad overall the past little bit, but the past 2 days were ok. Not really sure why. I forgot to make my medication on Saturday. I did some productive things today, as I don’t know how I’ll be tomorrow. I hope to go swimming tomorrow though. See my pdoc tomorrow.
