My and my therapist decided to stop Trauma focused CBT , because I feel that it helped me .
However I still feel depressed, but I don’t have Flashbacks, nightmares or intrusive thoughts. I was in therapy a few years ago for my depression, trust me I tried most therapies for depression MDBT , CBT , DBT . I am thinking of going on a medication but I don’t want to go on SSRI because I experience bad side effects . Is there any advice you could give me? |

All of the therapies you tried have the word "behavioral" in them. Maybe it's time to try a different approach?

Are you seeing a psychiatrist? There are other choices besides ssris . Give it a shot. You can only feel better.

Wellbutrin (bupropion) is a different class of antidepressant. It's been my favorite for years. It tends to be energizing and has a favorable sexual side-effects profile. Have you ever tried it?
