I do. When I was younger I stayed active even though I was very sick. I dragged myself around when my mind was racing, I felt detached or my anxiety and depression were overwhelming. Sitting in class was a huge achievement. I couldn't feel myself when I went to parties in college and people would comment on it. It was embarrassing. I avoid exposing myself that way anymore.

Except for walking the dog 5-6 times daily I lead a very sedate life.
I used to be extremely active - especially when it came to kayaking and other out-door sports. I simply am not in a financial position for these activities anymore. |

My life is very sedentary now. I have a number of physical illnesses which realistically limit me to some extent.
I have been going through a long, dark period of depression which made it all worse. I can start being more active now, with discipline, I was very active earlier in my life. I was an avid athlete and loved exercise, ran every day, etc. it is a bit different now. ![]() WC
