Feeling helpless, I have one good day followed by many bad days.

When I’m relaxed I take a nap but I wake up with anxiety like “oh there’s nothing I can do, I have no one”

To everyone else I’m functioning normally, but I’m just holding on barely, keeping my head just above water.
Hugs from:

I agree....feeling helpless does suck. As someone who has tried numerous things, I’m not sure how to turn that around. Maybe you can find that one tiny glimmer of hope that one day things will be different.

I know this feeling all to well. Taking it one day at a time is the best thing we can do. ((((Hugs))))
