Little turtle I m getting panic attacks like you used to get...seems like I m being electrocuted...I know the feeling bc once I had touched a live wire twice and got the two greatest electric shocks of my life. These are not that acute but they are happening throughout the day. At times I m getting paralysed too from neck downwards. Only my heart, lungs, forearms, fingers and toes seem to function at that time...the rest of the body feels numb and immobile....

They were there before I was on prozac...in fact they were more severe...but the feeling of being paralysed is new.

I get so stressed so much when I go outside, I start talking to people that don't exist. And remember things that never happened. And you know the fun part? my "friends" gave me stress to do that daily just to see how much I will get broken.
They instantly recognized my muscle tension which is the point of spasticity.

Don't meet them anymore. Bittersweet. :/

I don’t know why nobody believes what a **** fest psychiatry is in this country.

For most there isn’t even such a thing as “my psychiatrist”

I hope it goes well with your shrink, I’m glad you have one,

For me, they really don’t give a ****.

little turtle, do not worry about the placebo effect. I am glad you found a drug that your body can adjust to. Truly.

today I took another 5mg valium....just in case...
maybe I wanted a little high...maybe not...
I do know that valium can be addictive..
but it does work for me...and for years it worked for me..
no matter what they say now about the benzos...
some people have gotten into very serious trouble...
