Hi little turtle, if you got completely off the valium, congratulate yourself. You can do this. Take some deep breaths and distract yourself with something. I made a mistake 18 or more years ago. I was off ativan due to being preganant, and i went back on it a few years later. I regret it. I haven't been able to completely stop my diazepam. But i wish i had heeded the voice of the doctor. He said, you've been off of it for a year, i will prescribe it, but i think you are making a huge mistake. I know he was right. I am so tolerant to benzos they do zip all for me. I hope you find a way to get your frustrations out.
