I’m sorry your enduring so much from your husband, it’s painful I know...what are you needing advice for; I know it seems obvious that your wondering if you should leave him.

My advice is to leave him or separate perhaps he’s get a wake up call. I’m sure that would be hard but at least you will be free from the present stress.

The only thing worse than wasting 16 years of your life with this man is to continue wasting your life with him. If he doesn’t want therapy than go by yourself. Work on self esteem and grief over loosing so much time in a horrible relationship. Transform confusion into action! Take charge of your life. Do whatever you need to do to be happy again. If this means leaving him. Than go for it!
