Sometimes I wish I was that “horrible person” who would go around eating all the profoundly sub optimal “health care” workers with their limited vocabulary who quite frankly don’t give a **** . I’m sure there are some “good ones” but the “system” makes it almost impossible for them to do an adequate job, the system is so sick and it doesn’t “cope” . It makes me want to throw up (uk)

Instead I mostly avoid them. Most of them have done me nothing but harm

I was beyond stupid to “trust” a doctor (irl) enough to attempt to open up to him. Even a little Bad, stupid fuzzy He misunderstood (deliberately?) almost everything I said And no I’m not actually a horrible bear, and never was

The truth of this extends to other forests.

Was this a GP or a pdoc? Only some GPs seem to have what it takes to understand MI & the first line of action for pdocs is going to be meds. I don't understand why the training for pdoc & T isn't combined to give the best of both worlds?

Do you know if you can access any of the med alternatives like TMS or CES on the NHS?

*hugs*

The absolutely ghastly “doctor” was a GP. He definitely didn’t have what it takes..

He was like a butcher.. completely brutal (and incompetent). And of course I’m doing a disservice to butchers saying that, I have nothing against them

It never ceases to amaze me how health “professionals” don’t understand mental illness or even choose to belief it doesn’t exist.

My endocrinologist is always after me about my high cholesterol. He told me that the only way it will get better is if I stop taking my psych Meds. Like that’s an option???

I could go on for days and write a book about idiot doctors. But I’m not gonna bother with it.
