I don’t often talk about it. I don’t know why I “have” to “keep doing this”

I’m so ****kng tired of hating me

I’m tired of being me

I’m tired of being “alive”

And I’ve “ruined” papa bears meal

I am nothing at all

I wish I had the “means” to end this.

And please, no posts telling me off..

Or telling me to call a hotline, they SUCK over here

Please consider this deleted. There’s apparently something “wrong” with me so ...

I just had a conversation with papa bear, he said the UK was “ok” for mental health

Ok so I must be “officially mad”

I increasingly find myself subscribing to the opinion that the 'mad' are sane & the sane are utterly bonkers.

Here, we have time and ears for you, and we're not going to choke on any meals.

Thanks (((((((( Rohag )))))))))

This isn’t the first time I’ve “spoilt” papa bears meal

I “always was such a spoilt child” ....... yeah right..........

Thank you for always allowing me the “words to say it” and not jumping down my throat with idiotic wrong judgments and projections.. like too many of the so called “professionals” do.,

Yes I’ve read Yalom and others. I know what “professionals” are actually supposed to DO

“Confidence comes from doing things”

Me - only if you have a ****kng clue .. jerk. I wouldn’t be a “doctor” if I had such a ****kng LOW IQ ........

(This was a UK “doctor” who totally invalidated all my VALID concerns

Just like the PUS invalidated and blamed my VALID and “NORMAL” “needs”

Yes. Surprise! Fuzzy bear has “normal” needs too. She’s not just a dumping ground for YOUR garbage.......

(Not about anyone here)

Increasingly, this “old” bear is subscribing to this opinion too... “wisdom” does indeed come with growing “older” .... for some ..

Ah thank you, wonderful Fuzzy.

Yes, I've been finding a lot of comfort in reading everyone's posts (PC really is one of the kindest places in the world), especially in the mornings, which I always struggle with, as you know.

I haven't felt up to posting much. I don't know why. Just low on energy, I suppose.

As soon as I've read a couple of posts, and seen the support people like you continue to give, I just feel more able to get through the day.

It reminds me that, even though we all have issues and are not perfect, we still deserve to be treated well.

You are an inspiration, dear Fuzzy, and I'm really sorry you're having a horrible day

Thanks so much Purple, I’ve always noticed and appreciated your kindness and wisdom (these things aren’t as often found in this world as some may think and I know that, for both of us, they ... well you know )

I’ve always hoped that I somehow help some people to get through the day and I’m especially happy to hear that you’re one of those people

(So much for those jerks who judged me as “weak” ..heh. No, the abusers can’t stop us loving each other..)

(Abusers mostly in the family of origin, as some may understand, not “online people” or even people who are supposed to be doctors (irl)

Hugs. No, they can't stop us loving each other

Yes, we both know how cruel people can be. Sometimes, when we're feeling vulnerable, we might even believe the low opinion they have of us. But it isn't true. Thanks for being there. You are strong and beautiful

((((((( Purple ))))))))

Thanks for the truth I’ve often found that people perceive me as how they themselves are

(The step maternal unit, for example, tore down literally every aspect of me. She was pathologically mean including with money, and a sociopath (hard to just “get over” and “forget” it all )

But I wish I could “forget”.. I read somewhere that Seroquel was like an “opiate” (for some) I tried it again the other day .. still allergic,

But still, we “strong ones” endure.. Thanks for being here dear Purple
