I have to find the will to get out of bed today . I took sleeping medication last night and im in full on zombie mode.

Ugh I hate that. If you don't take the meds then you can't get to sleep and you'll be tired the next day. If you do take it you'll be tired and groggy the next day. Damed if you do damed if you don't.
