I've been having the most depressing nightmares, and they've been getting worse. I'm pretty sure that the increase is due to the trazodone I'm taking, so I've contacted my pdoc about tapering off. But I know I've been having these nightmares for longer than I've been on trazodone. Does anyone else experience this? How do you deal with them? The thing that bothers me the most is that I never know when I'm going to have one, and they just destroy my mood the whole next day. I hate them so much.
