I feel a lot strong hatred for everything

I have no idea why. I just hate everything!

I have a strong urge a break wall now!!!!!

Oh yes, I can relate to this. I hate everything & everybody. And I put myself at the top of the list! The only difference is I know a lot of the reasons I'm angry. (I'll spare you the details...)

This world is full of hate. And everyone has different triggers. Personally I feel repelled by “hate” but I understand “everyone is a product of their “past” /environment” - as a hateful therapist said to me. I won’t bore you with the details.

It may be helpful to reframe “hate” as anger...
